Using the Account Management Centre
Whether you are a Barclays Business Manager, Business Essentials Plus or Business Essentials subscriber, the ‘Account Management Centre’ enables you to manage and make changes to your subscription.
To log into the Account Management Centre you will need your password. If you have not reset your password, this will be your Subscription Password, which you can find on the Subscription Card that came in your Business Manager, Essentials or Essentials Plus software box.
If you have forgotten your Subscription Password, Personal password, or you are having trouble accessing the Account Management Centre, please contact customer support on 0845 601 5962*.
You can access the Account Management Centre by following the steps below:
- Access the Account Management Centre using the Centres panel on the left (1).
- The Account Management Centre can also be accessed by right-clicking the Business Manager icon (2) on the system tray and selecting Open Account Management Centre (3).
From here enter your Subscription Code and Password to Log into the Account Management Centre.
