Configuring your firewall
If you have a firewall installed it will most likely need configuring to allow Business Manager, i-sure powered by Iron Mountain, and i-sure powered by MozyPro to communicate with our servers via the internet.
When first installing Business Manager/i-sure data backup you may receive a message from your firewall requesting program access. Select 'Allow' to grant the program access through the firewall.
The below executables will need to be granted access through the firewall for the following applications. You will find each executable within the location specified in italic.
Business Manager:
C:\Program Files\Barclays\Business Manager\bin
BarclaysBusinessManager.exe
ticketservice.exe
updateservice.exe
i-sure powered by Iron Mountain:
C:\Program Files\i-sure Data Backup
Agent.exe
Agentservice.exe
i-sure powered by MozyPro:
C:\Program Files\i-sure business
i-sureconf.exe, open outbound port 443
i-surebackup.exe, open outbound port 443
